This area includes north and south of Hwy 160, between Downtown Pagosa Springs and the Pagosa Lakes area. It’s conveniently located to the activities in both uptown and downtown.
Note: Listing agents sometimes place Colorado’s Timber Ridge in Area 2, sometimes in Area 3 – Pagosa Lakes. On this site I include it in Pagosa Lakes.
