Pagosa Springs – Lower HWY 84

The Lower 84 area begins around the Blanco River and continues on down to the New Mexico border.

The Chromo Mercantile and the U.S. Post Office for Chromo, CO 81128 are in this area.

The developments here nearly all feature 35+ acre parcels. The exception is Crowley Ranch Reserve, which is a cluster development with smaller individual parcels and a huge amount of community open space.
